NORTHLAKE, TX—the developer behind the 26,000-acre project, is set to construct three new speculative industrial buildings with a combined area of nearly 1.5 million square feet. The development will include two buildings in northport and one in westport.
Once fully developed, the westport facility will rank among the largest distribution centers in the United States. Construction for each building is set to commence in March, with completion anticipated in the fourth quarter of this year. These new projects will contribute to a total of nearly 4 million square feet of speculative industrial space over the past year.
